Here are some reasons why you should still send out CD portfolios even if you already have an awesome website:
It makes the recipients feel important. When they receive your good-looking CD portfolio, they’d feel special because you actually looked for their addresses and gave them something valuable. When I say valuable, I mean 1. it has money value because you actually spent money in making the CD and mailing it, and 2. It is a thing with importance because the content is good and the CD packaging looks good.
It makes YOU feel important. You’d be beaming with pride when you hand prospects your kick-ass business card but you’d be rapturous and ecstatic when you hand your business card together with your CD-Rom portfolio. That kind of feeling is priceless.
