CD Packaging: The Making of Katy Perry’s Cotton Candy Scented Packaging

Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dreams” CD packaging smells like cotton candy! Check out this behind-the-scenes video to find out exactly how the cotton candy scented packaging was produced from start to finish.

Follow her first to visual artist, Will Cotton’s NYC studio, where he shoots the photos for the album insert and then paints the album cover.  Then go to Terre Haute, Indiana to the printer where they manufactured the booklets, and finally to Kentucky, where they applied the cotton candy scented varnish.
